The Director, Business Transformation, is a key leadership role responsible for helping Lyons Magnus translate strategic priorities into measurable business results. This position will lead and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on improving operational performance, simplifying business processes, increasing organizational effectiveness, supporting M&A integration, and delivering sustainable value creation. The Director will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and other functional teams to identify opportunities, structure initiatives, drive execution, and ensure improvements are embedded into the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, analytical capability, project leadership, and change-management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.

50% Work environment available : In Office Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation Execution Partner with executive and functional leadership to help define, prioritize, and execute the company's enterprise transformation roadmap. Translate strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives with measurable objectives, milestones, ownership, resource requirements, and expected financial or operational benefits. Evaluate and prioritize transformation opportunities based on strategic importance, financial impact, organizational capacity, and execution risk. Drive initiatives from initial opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and benefit realization. Maintain visibility across the overall transformation portfolio and help leadership allocate resources to the highest-value opportunities. Cross-Functional Process Improvement Partner with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and other functions to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Lead structured assessments of business processes, organizational handoffs, systems, data, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement. Facilitate cross-functional teams to redesign processes, clarify accountability, eliminate unnecessary work, and improve speed and execution. Apply continuous improvement, Lean, root-cause analysis, and other structured problem-solving methodologies where appropriate. Develop solutions that balance process improvement, technology enablement, organizational capability, and practical implementation requirements. Program & Project Leadership Establish disciplined governance for major transformation programs, including project plans, milestones, ownership, decision rights, and reporting. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business functions, locations, and stakeholders. Develop clear workplans and maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and barriers to execution and work with leadership to resolve them. Provide concise, fact-based reporting to executive leadership on progress, financial impact, risks, and decisions required. Build repeatable project and transformation-management disciplines that can be leveraged across the organization. Performance Management & Value Creation Develop practical KPIs, dashboards, and performance-management tools that provide visibility into transformation progress and business performance. Establish baselines, targets, and benefit-tracking methodologies for transformation initiatives. Partner with Finance and functional leaders to validate and track value creation, including:- Cost savings and cost avoidance
- Productivity improvements
- Margin expansion
- Service and customer-performance improvements
- Working-capital improvements
- Capacity and throughput improvements Ensure benefits are measurable, financially grounded, and sustainable.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 8+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, operations, continuous improvement, strategy, management consulting, program management, M&A integration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial and operational results. Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, KPIs, and benefit-tracking methodologies. Experience working directly with senior executives and functional leadership teams.Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree. Experience supporting M&A integration, synergy realization, or major business integrations. Experience in food and beverage, manufacturing, consumer products, or another operationally intensive environment.
