In this role, you will help coordinate projects from planning through completion, track progress, manage escalated service tickets, and ensure customer requests are delivered accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow their career in project management within a fast-paced, established IT services environment. What You'll Do Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects across managed and professional services Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope Track project milestones and proactively identify risks or potential delays, escalating issues as needed Monitor, assign, and track escalated service tickets through resolution Ensure escalated customer issues are addressed in alignment with agreed timelines Manage and track audit requests, documentation requests, and customer compliance deliverables Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the project lifecycle Ensure successful onboarding and service readiness for managed services customers by coordinating internal teams and facilitating a structured transition to Service Delivery. Communicate project status, updates, risks, and next steps clearly to both internal teams and customers Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment and high customer satisfaction Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality Support PMO standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced IT services environment Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Comfort working with technical teams and service management or ticketing tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT consulting environment Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and project management tools Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, or cybersecurity concepts
