Experience and Education:

Bogalusa, LA Position Summary:

 This position reports to the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Relationship Manager/Lead Teller, or Chief Retail Banking Officer. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to rotating the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.

Experience and Education:

 This position reports to the Chief Information Technology Officer and performs system and support of all data and voice systems to support the processing of all bank functions. Duties include a variety of tasks with technical difficulties ranging from entry level PC support to system administration. User or device support may be conducted in person, via telephone, or from remote location. This position will provide assistance concerning the use of voice, computer hardware, and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, applications, and operating systems. To perform effectively in this role, the IT Help Desk must have demonstrated previous experience or knowledge in isolating hardware and software issues, training computer users, and troubleshooting problems with computers and other office equipment.

Experience and Education:

 This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing and preparing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for consumer, commercial and real estate transactions.

Experience and Education:

Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) and/ or equivalent loan administration experience. Five (5) years of experience in consumer and commercial loan processing preferred. Experience in Laser-Pro preferred. Banking Operations Specialist |

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their application. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
