Project Manager Post Tension of Louisiana is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a construction professional with project management experience who can confidently oversee multiple projects, communicate effectively with contractors and engineers, and keep post-tension operations running efficiently from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities Manage multiple post-tension projects from bid award to completion. Coordinate daily with general contractors, superintendents, engineers, and field personnel. Review engineered post-tension plans and assist with material takeoffs. Maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Order and coordinate materials for upcoming projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Qualifications Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
