Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the implementation of strategic project controls programs across disciplines such as cost control, estimating, and scheduling to support the successful execution of customer projects and internal initiatives. Provide leadership to project controls teams across locations or major projects, establishing a shared vision aligned with Worley's direction toward delivering sustainable change. Oversee the development of systems, tools, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, predictability, and control in project delivery. Serve as the senior advisor on project controls-related matters, driving consistency in standards, tools, and best practices across projects and teams. Collaborate with regional and location leadership to ensure project controls strategies support both current objectives and future sustainability-related targets. Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professional growth that aligns with Worley's values and commitment to sustainable transformation. Represent project controls in key decision-making forums, providing strategic insights to influence project planning and execution at a portfolio level.
Lead cross-functional efforts aimed at improving performance, integrating digital technologies, and enhancing delivery models in alignment with client expectations and internal goals.
