A full-time Help Desk Technician position is available in Cameron, Louisiana. In this role, you will provide technical support to employees, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to employees Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again Triage requests accordingly to third-party IT providers Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees Qualifications Required 2 or more years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment High school degree Excellent prioritization skills and ability to make decisions quickly Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members Demonstrated ability to take initiative Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, including macOS and Windows Preferred Experience as a Genius at an Apple Store Additional certification in Apple products and devices
