Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technical initiatives. Proven experience managing application migration or modernization projects. Experience overseeing data migration efforts, including planning, validation, and testing. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Experience collaborating with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on SQL experience. Ability to write or understand SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. Experience working with databases during migration or conversion projects. Prior experience with cloud migration initiatives. Background managing enterprise application upgrades or implementations. Work Environment & Travel Hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should be located within reasonable driving distance of Galliano, Louisiana. Travel to the Galliano office will be required periodically to engage with stakeholders and support project activities. Travel is not expected daily, but onsite presence will be important for building relationships and driving project success. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
