Job Description

Responsibilities include: Data collection: Collect data from various sources, consolidate, and report on same for each training conducted during the month. Assist leadership team in other data reporting as needed.
Training Support:
Schedule all co-hosts for webinars. Assist with other training preparations as needed, including scheduling speakers, sending reminders, and supporting promotion of trainings.
Onboarding new staff members:
prepare all paperwork necessary for hiring, provide information on policies and procedures, ensure all forms are completed and collected to establish payroll, ensure signatures are collected and documentation for HR purposes is complete. Provide information on drug testing location(s) and if required by their potential position, how to get fingerprint cards for background checks.
Outcome surveys:
Conduct monthly surveys of individuals and families who have received our services and make note of issues that need to be resolved or addressed if any. Provide leadership team with a summary of the surveys and documentation taken during survey calls. Conduct any other surveys of individuals and families who have received our services for quality improvement as needed or as required by contractors. Product review and development. Assist as needed with product review and development by proofing and providing other assistance as needed. Any other tasks as needed/requested by the Leadership team

From $26,000.00 per year
