Our client, a leader in infrastructure and technology solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project management and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$110,000 - $145,000 What's the Job? Coordinate, communicate, and drive results across multiple projects in collaboration with Project Managers. Manage project documentation, schedules, materials, and related communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with staffing coordination, resource planning, and vendor management activities. Serve as a primary contact point for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication. Supervise and support the Project Management Administrator (PMA) team, assigning work and monitoring progress to meet deadlines. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or work experience preferred. Experience supporting project coordination, administration, or similar roles, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or technology environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management tools like Microsoft Project. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to customer and team interactions. What's in it for me?
