Job Description
Scope of work includes:
Coordinating operations within our project management team- facilitating efficiency through good internal/external communication and attention to detail. Being the customer contact- sending out email alerts, setting up appointments, scheduling installs, and initiating a customer satisfaction checklist. Delivering precise and timely information to our manufacturing divisions, acting as the customer's advocate by communicating their needs effectively while conveying realistic expectations to customers. Preparing subcontractor pay applications, billing, and other required documents for each project. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and data entry experience are required.Job Type:
