Job Description
Hardscape/Landscape Sales & Project Manager Acton, MA | Full-Time | $90,000-$110,000 + Benefits Superior Landscape Crew LLC is an established and growing landscape maintenance and construction company based in Acton, Massachusetts. We specialize in creating and maintaining high-quality residential landscapes throughout the surrounding communities. Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and long-term relationships with both our customers and our employees. We're looking for an experienced landscape professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners and property managers, designing outdoor spaces, preparing estimates, and managing projects from the initial consultation through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects while working with a professional, growing company that values teamwork, communication, and quality. What You'll Do Meet with customers to discuss landscape and hardscape projects. Develop creative landscape and hardscape designs that meet each customer's goals and budget. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using LMN software. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Coordinate project schedules with field crews and monitor project progress. Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure a positive experience. Help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Superior Landscape Crew's quality standards. Work closely with management to improve estimating, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional landscape & hardscape construction experience. Experience estimating residential and commercial landscape and hardscape projects. Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LMN Landscape Management Network software. Landscape design experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish). Familiarity with Acton, MA and surrounding communities. Previous project management or crew leadership experience. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. $90,000-$110,000.
