Job Description

Job Overview Project Administration & Coordination Assist PM with overall project planning and execution Maintain project files, logs, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) Track project milestones and support schedule updates Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Cost & Budget Support Track job costs, labor hours, and material usage Assist with change order pricing and backup documentation Review subcontractor invoices and supplier bills for accuracy Help maintain budget forecasts and cost reports Scheduling & Procurement Assist in preparing and updating project schedules Track material lead times and deliveries Coordinate subcontractor schedules and sequencing Follow up on procurement items to avoid delays Field & Site Support Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and conditions Assist with punch lists, inspections, and quality control Help ensure work complies with plans, specs, and safety requirements Support problem-solving between field and office Communication & Reporting Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes Communicate project updates to internal teams Assist PM with client and consultant coordination Maintain clear, professional written communication Close-Out Assist with project close-out documentation Track warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals Support final inspections and turnover ⸻ Qualifications Required 1-4 years of construction experience (office or field) Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.) Sage Experience in commercial, restoration, waterproofing, masonry, or similar trades
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
