Job Description Manage large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Utilize Procore and construction management best practices to drive project performance. Travel nationally to support active project sites and client needs. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with leadership and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Support cleanroom, life sciences, healthcare, laboratory, and advanced technology construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience working for a General Contractor. Proven success managing large ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+. Strong construction management and project leadership skills. Experience using Procore or similar project management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
