That's not a policy statement. That's the Project Manager's job, every day, on every site. We're growing our Multifamily division and need a Project Manager who owns projects end-to-end
  • from the first field measurement through final walkthrough

  • from pre-construction through closeout, you're the throughline that keeps cabinetry and countertop delivery on schedule across multiple developments at once. Be the field expert
  • take accurate measurements, adjust shop drawings, and catch discrepancies before they turn into delays or rework. Keep everyone aligned
  • serve as the main point of contact between the job site, the customer, contractors, and every internal department involved in getting product delivered. Protect the schedule and the budget
  • manage procurement timelines, requisitions, payments, lien releases, and cash flow, flagging issues before they become problems. Solve problems in real time
  • resolve field issues, punch list items, freight claims, and billing disputes without letting them stall a job. Close projects the right way
  • manage subcontractor closeout, deliver manuals, warranties, and as-builts, and leave the client with everything they need. Build relationships that last
  • with customers, vendors, contractors, and your internal team, so Norfolk becomes the easy call on the next project too.
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience in multifamily, residential construction, cabinetry, millwork, countertops, remodeling, or a closely related field The ability to accurately field measure and translate that into adjusted shop drawings Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • you can run several projects at once without dropping a ball Comfort managing schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships with minimal supervision Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar) A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • you'll be on the road to job sites regularly It's a big plus if you have: Experience supplying building materials through a distribution channel Prior hands-on experience with cabinetry products Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or 20/20 design software Bilingual English/Spanish You'll thrive here if you're: A natural point-of-contact
