Job Description Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Partner closely with Lead Superintendent on daily execution and planning Oversee subcontractor coordination, compliance, and contract management Lead buyout process, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and project profitability Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking Lead change order process from pricing through execution Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
