Job Requirements Project management experience within a formal Project Management Office (PMO). Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Experience managing application-focused projects. Experience with Veeva CRM. Experience with Veeva Vault. Experience using Waterfall project management methodology. Experience working directly with application end users. Experience managing projects through planning, execution, implementation, and completion. Mid- to senior-level project management experience. Preferred Skills Experience managing CRM application implementations or enhancements. Experience managing Veeva platform projects. Experience coordinating application requirements with business users and technical teams. Experience managing enterprise application upgrades, integrations, or deployments. Experience with project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Job Responsibilities Manage multiple complex application and CRM projects. Lead projects within established PMO processes and governance standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requirements. Coordinate Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault project activities. Work directly with end users to gather requirements and support application implementations or enhancements. Coordinate activities between business users, application teams, and technical resources. Manage Waterfall-based project execution and documentation. Track project progress and provide project status reporting. Support application deployment, implementation, and project closeout activities.

Pay:
