• to senior-level Project Manager to lead application-focused projects within a regulated life sciences environment.

This role will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault projects and working within a structured Project Management Office (PMO) . This is a hands-on Project Manager position focused on project execution rather than program-level oversight. Responsibilities Manage multiple application and technology projects simultaneously from initiation through completion Lead projects involving Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and related enterprise applications Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate activities across business, technical, and functional teams Work directly with end users and stakeholders to understand requirements and support successful project execution Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication regarding progress, timelines, and priorities Ensure project documentation and reporting align with established PMO standards Manage projects using Waterfall methodology and structured project management processes Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities as needed Qualifications Professional experience as an IT, Applications, or Technical Project Manager Experience managing Veeva CRM projects Experience with Veeva Vault Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently Experience working within a formal PMO environment Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management methodology Background managing application-side or CRM-related projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users Experience within biopharma, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments is preferred
