Job Description
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in in economics, public policy, or another related field is required. At least five years of relevant experience in project management, communications, and stakeholder management (where time in graduate school may count towards the requirement.)Additional Qualifications and Skills:
Master's in economics, public policy or another related field preferred. Strong stakeholder management skills, including a background in working with practitioners and curating workshops. Demonstrated interest and experience in the study of inequality, economic development, industrial policy, governance and state capacity, workforce development, and/or related topics. Strong skills in organization and time management. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing skills for policy and general audiences. Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools (Google Docs, Dropbox). Experience with Drupal, WordPress, and/or other website content management systems.Additional Information Appointment End Date:
This is a fully benefits eligible term appointment ending two years from date of hire, with the possibility of renewal.Visa Sponsorship Information:

Identity, Education Work Format Details This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University's Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts . Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment. Salary Grade and Ranges This position is salary grade level 057.
