Protect the margin. Help build a growing operation. EcoSave is exploring an additional operations hire as our insulation and Mass Save work grows. We are speaking with experienced candidates who can coordinate jobs from approved scope through installation, documentation, invoicing and payment follow-up. Hiring timing will depend on the right fit and business needs. Pay, benefits and growth $28-$36 per hour in base pay , based on relevant experience and demonstrated ability to manage job coordination, program paperwork and job costs. Opportunity to help shape our scheduling, job tracking and closeout processes, with room to grow into broader operations leadership as the company expands. The upper end of the range is intended for someone who brings practical Mass Save experience and can independently keep projects, costs and documentation under control. This is a full-time, hourly position based at our facility. What you will coordinate Review approved scopes, work orders and job readiness before scheduling crews. Confirm customer access, required approvals, materials and outstanding issues. Maintain the installation schedule and communicate changes with homeowners, crew chiefs, program contacts and the office. Track estimated versus actual labor hours, material costs and job revenue. Flag cost overruns, missing billable work and scope changes early; obtain management approval for pricing or scope decisions. Keep Mass Save job files complete, including required agreements, photos, test results, completion records and other program documentation supplied by qualified field staff. Coordinate inspections, resolve documentation requests, track corrections and help prevent repeat visits caused by incomplete information. Prepare complete billing packages, monitor submission and payment status, and follow up on rejected or delayed items with the appropriate contacts. Maintain a clear weekly view of scheduled work, completed jobs awaiting closeout, outstanding payments, cost variances and callbacks. Work with management and crew chiefs to improve job profitability while protecting workmanship, safety and the customer experience. What you bring Experience coordinating construction, insulation, weatherization or other field-service projects, including scheduling and paperwork.
Comfort with job costing:
labor hours, materials, budgets and the difference between revenue and profit. Strong spreadsheet, email and recordkeeping skills, plus the ability to learn CRM and program systems. Professional communication, reliable follow-through and the ability to organize several active jobs at once. Direct Mass Save or Home Performance Contractor experience is strongly preferred. Relevant experience matters more than a particular degree. We also welcome experienced crew chiefs who have strong office, spreadsheet and documentation skills and want to move into coordination. How we will measure success Crews arrive prepared, customers know what is happening, completed jobs move promptly to billing, and management can see costs and problems early. Quality and accurate documentation matter alongside profitability.
