About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction management and design-build firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects throughout Massachusetts. The company has experienced steady growth and is recognized for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and expertise in specialized project environments. Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout. Lead project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Drive project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Oversee projects within the life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, educational, historic renovation, core & shell, fit-out, and new construction sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout all phases of construction. Work closely with on-site superintendents and support staff to ensure project success. Monitor project documentation, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting. Collaborate with a highly experienced design-build network of construction and engineering partners. Work full-time on-site at project locations throughout the I-495 corridor, including areas such as Cambridge, Lexington, Newton, Watertown, Burlington, Waltham, Concord, and surrounding communities. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 3-10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations. Ability to work full-time on-site at project locations throughout the Greater Boston area. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing laboratory, life sciences, healthcare, or technical facility projects. Background working on fit-outs, renovations, core & shell projects, or ground-up construction. Familiarity with design-build project delivery methods. Experience overseeing private-sector commercial construction projects. What's on Offer Competitive base salary around $125,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
