Sr. Project Manager

Robert Half Sr. Project Manager Franklin, MA Apply Description Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a 12 - 18-month contract. The client is ideally looking for a candidate who can work in a hybrid capacity (1 - 3 days/week onsite) but is open to considering remote candidates who can work eastern (ET) hours. The Sr. Project Manager will assist with a high-volume of brand initiatives across print, digital, communications, operations, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing high-impact, cross-functional projects within highly regulated industries such as life sciences, biotech, pharma, medical devices, or related.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks with clear deadlines Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, operations, and other stakeholders Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, schedule adherence Work with digital and technology teams to ensure seamless collaboration Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Prepare project status reports and keep stakeholders informed Organize internal rollout activities, including training and communications Monitor project milestones and adoption across departments Requirements 10+ years of project or program management experience for large-scale brand, marketing, or digital initiatives Prior in-house or agency experience within life sciences, med tech, or regulated industries strongly preferred Effective communicator, comfortable managing expectations at all levels Skilled with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, MS Project, or related) Strong organizational and collaboration skills Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities Excellent resource management experience PMP certification a plus Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
