is a growing construction company handling multiple active job sites at once. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Description of work
  • Order and procure materials for active and upcoming jobs
  • Plan and schedule work with customers and office staff
  • Communicate project timelines to customers and staff, and provide ongoing updates
  • Handle invoicing and billing for specific accounts
  • Manage and organize job files, schedules, and billing using office software
  • Juggle multiple active projects at once Required skillsets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with office software: Excel, Word, email, and general computer use
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of shifting priorities
  • Prior experience in office administration, project coordination, or construction/trades office work a plus
