This position supports the Production, Detailing, and Customer Service departments through customer communication, project coordination, scheduling, billing, and recordkeeping. Assist with customer communication regarding drawing approvals, fabrication requirements, delivery schedules, project changes, and related concerns. Coordinate material requirements, production activities, and scheduling to help meet project deadlines. Prepare, document, and track change orders and customer approvals. Help monitor project quantities, costs, contracts, billing, and change orders. Review shipping tickets and assist with customer invoicing and cash receipt processing. Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, drawings, revisions, correspondence, schedules, change orders, shipping documents, and invoices. Assist with ordering non-rebar materials and specialty products. Collaborate with detailing, production, scheduling, estimating, accounting, and management to support successful project completion. Perform other project-related duties as assigned. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
