About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction management firm with more than three decades of success delivering projects across a variety of commercial markets. Known for its collaborative culture and hands-on leadership team, the company is experiencing continued growth and regional expansion. Job Description Lead multiple construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction and planning through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and overall project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality expectations. Collaborate closely with field teams, superintendents, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Monitor project financial performance, cost forecasting, and risk management activities. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities. Support projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Work on a diverse portfolio including automotive dealerships, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, and corporate interior projects. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Strong understanding of construction project management processes and documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $2M and $20M. Background across sectors such as retail, hospitality, life science, academic, corporate interiors, or automotive facilities.
