As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Plumbing Project Manager to join their operations team. Responsibilities Manage commercial plumbing / HVAC / piping / mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure successful execution. Track project financial performance and profitability. Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and ensure successful communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer with a mechanical contractor. Background in plumbing, HVAC, process piping, or mechanical construction. Strong understanding of project financials and commercial construction practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
