Job Description Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and forecasting efforts to help ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress and help identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality standards and project milestones are achieved Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal project meetings Assist with procurement activities and subcontract administration Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 2-3 years of experience working for a commercial General Contractor or Construction Management firm Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Experience supporting commercial construction projects valued from several million dollars and above Exposure to multifamily, public, municipal, educational, healthcare, assisted living, or similar project types preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Desire to learn, grow, and advance into a Project Manager role What's on
