Summary:

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects aligned with corporate strategy. This position is responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecyclefrom initiation through closureensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain high-quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects that may be systems, technology, or process improvement driven, and will be accountable for project documentation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. A strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Oversee project closure and handoff processes to guarantee smooth transitions and long-term success.

Partner with project leads to explore emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions, including risk assessments and feasibility studies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University5-7 years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience5 - 7 years Project Management experience involving business or financial analytical experienceBanking, Financial Services and/or related industry preferredExperience with Information Security and/or IT preferred

Certifications Requirement:
