Full Job Description General Overview :
  • You will collaborate with the project team with an ongoing and fast-moving project in Hopedale MA.
This is a full time position that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage all moving parts in the project If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to build project management skills, we would love to hear from you. This job will be a contract position with the opportunity to become a permanent role.
Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including incident reports.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making
  • Assist with managing subcontractors, including keeping a positive work atmosphere
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Flexible schedule with the expectation to be onsite while subcontractors are present to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements :
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Flexible schedule
  • Open to learning how to use project management software
