Full Job Description General Overview :
- You will collaborate with the project team with an ongoing and fast-moving project in Hopedale MA.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including incident reports.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making
- Assist with managing subcontractors, including keeping a positive work atmosphere
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Flexible schedule with the expectation to be onsite while subcontractors are present to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Flexible schedule
- Open to learning how to use project management software
