Projects:
Life Sciences/ Lab, Core and Shell, Fit Outs, and New Construction PMs, Supers, and more are all on site - brings better quality and client service to our projects Job Description Lead and manage construction projects in the life science and lab sectors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor progress to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide regular updates and communicate project status to stakeholders. Oversee procurement and resource allocation to meet project requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with construction projects in the life science or laboratory sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
