Job Description
Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager ready for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established mechanical construction team in the Boston Metro area. This is a great opportunity for a proven Project Manager who enjoys managing complex commercial projects, working with clients and subcontractors, and taking projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Manage large commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial projections Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments Review bids, scopes, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, and submittals Monitor project costs, manpower, schedules, and overall performance Prepare and negotiate change orders Resolve issues with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and clients Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Support project closeout and documentation Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers What We're Looking For 10+ years of relevant project management experience Experience managing large commercial construction projects Strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or mechanical construction Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam Navisworks and/or CMiC experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
