$90,000 - $150,000 per year Job Details - We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role will handle 5-10 projects at a time. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, including but not limited to contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. 2. Oversee contract management activities, including contract negotiation, execution, and compliance. 3. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. 4. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans as necessary. 5. Coordinate and manage the work of project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience in contract management, including contract negotiation, execution, and compliance. 4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
A bit about us:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects from planning through successful completion. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-established organization serving the commercial construction industry. The Project Manager will coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including design, production, and field installation, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. This role works closely with engineering, production, field personnel, customers, and external partners to drive projects from kickoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, material procurement, and production milestones. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project communications with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues, coordinate change orders, and mitigate schedule impacts. Conduct site visits as needed to verify field conditions, collect measurements, and support successful installations. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Project management experience within construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience visiting construction sites and performing field measurements or site surveys. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
