Compensation:
$100,000 Base + Commission ($130K-$150K OTE)Locations:

Mitigation/Restoration (Water, Fire, Mold) A growing restoration & mitigation services provider is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water, fire, and mold loss projects from initial response through completion. This is a hands-on, field-driven role responsible for scoping, estimating, execution, and overall customer experience. TAKON Talent is representing our client in this search. This position requires a strong operator who understands mitigation workflows, job costing, insurance coordination, and how to run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities- Respond to water, fire, and mold losses and perform initial job scoping
- Develop and manage scopes of work and project timelines
- Create and manage estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple jobs
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications
- Experience in mitigation project management (water, fire, mold)
- Xactimate proficiency required
- Strong understanding of insurance-driven workflows and job costing
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working in field conditions (ladders, crawl spaces, attics)
