Job Description Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee large-scale ground-up developments within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional markets. Coordinate internal project teams while maintaining communication with owners, consultants, and trade partners. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks related to cost, schedule, and quality. Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and client expectations throughout project execution. Drive project profitability while delivering a best-in-class client experience. Wood-frame construction experience is highly preferred. Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, and execute complex builds. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
