Greater Boston, MA About the Opportunity A well-established commercial drywall and interior systems contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects from award through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability. Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, field superintendents, and subcontractors. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals. Manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, and material deliveries. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor project costs and forecast financial performance. Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support team development. Qualifications 3 + years of Project Management experience with a commercial drywall contractor. Experience managing drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior systems projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and Division 9 work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project budgeting, buyout, scheduling, and cost control. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Sage, or similar construction management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
