Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications. Work closely with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Utilize Procore to track project documentation, reporting, and project progress. Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams to support continued business growth. Oversee multiple active projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Support estimating, procurement, and project planning activities as required. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing commercial projects such as office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar developments. Proficiency with Procore is required. Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contract administration, and project execution. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Must be commutable to Southborough, MA. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
