Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Support business growth by successfully managing a growing portfolio of work Travel to project sites primarily throughout the MetroWest area, with occasional projects on Cape Cod MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction Experience managing commercial construction projects Proficiency with Procore is required Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite and commute to Southborough, MA Experience with dental office projects is preferred Additional commercial construction experience will be considered
