Lead landmark luxury residential projects in New England Strong growth pipeline with rapid leadership opportunities About Our Client Our client is a respected construction firm that has been operating since the early 1990s, specializing in custom residential construction throughout the MetroWest Massachusetts area. With a team of approximately 30 employees, they deliver some of the region's most prestigious custom homes, with project values typically ranging from $10 million to $20 million. The company is known for exceptional craftsmanship, long-standing client relationships, and a deep passion for the high-end residential construction industry. Job Description Manage luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, project documentation, and overall project execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Utilize Procore to manage project workflows, documentation, RFIs, and reporting. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor subcontractor performance, project progress, and safety compliance. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 5+ years of project management experience within residential construction. Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects. Procore experience is required. Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel to project sites throughout MetroWest Massachusetts and occasional Cape Cod locations. Must be commutable to Southborough, MA and available to be on-site 2-3 days per week at a minimum. What's on Offer Base salary up to $130,000, depending on experience. Car allowance.
