With more than 40 years of success across the Greater Boston construction market, they've established an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end commercial interiors, workplace renovations and tenant improvement projects for a portfolio of repeat clients across healthcare, education, technology, corporate office and life sciences. As their project pipeline continues to grow, they're looking to bring in an experienced Assistant Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career within a stable, respected General Contractor. Genuine progression into Project Management. Supportive, collaborative team where your contribution is recognised. Your responsibilities Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries. Support multiple Project Managers across live projects. Assist with procurement, scheduling and project reporting. Prepare close-out documentation. Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants and trade partners. What we're looking for Previous Assistant Project Manager experience with a Commercial General Contractor. Commercial interiors or commercial construction experience. Strong understanding of project administration and documentation. Boston construction market experience. Organised, motivated and eager to continue developing your career.
Salary:
Up to $80,000 depending on experience. to learn more about this opportunity.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
