COMPANY OVERVIEW

We're a growing leader in printing, signage, custom apparel, and promotional products, helping businesses stand out and make strong impressions. Our Waltham team is looking for Project Managers (PMs) to join us full-time. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, guide them to the right solutions, and help bring projects to life—from everyday print materials to large-format graphics and branded merchandise. We're a small, collaborative, fast-moving team that values accountability, attention to detail, and people who take pride in doing great work. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, can stay composed when priorities shift, and like seeing projects through from start to finish, this is a role where you can make an immediate impact.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF

YOUProject Manager (PM):

• Take ownership of complex or high-value projects from start to finish
• Manage timelines and project requirements (fast turnaround times, production and site installations, vendor and department coordination, etc.)
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact delivery
• Enjoy organization, accountability, and managing moving parts and complicated projects
