Project Manager

Job Description

East West Staffing, Inc. (EWS) is currently seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects. Requirements of the Project Manager Lead the full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation through closeout. Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using established PMO methodologies. Lead the end-to-end NPI process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options. Benefits of the Project Manager Full benefits package Responsibilities of the Project Manager Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; PMP certification preferred. 10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing enterprise-level projects with significant budgets. Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related project management tools.

Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
