Overview:
The Mentor - Project Management directs and oversees the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Defines the organization's project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering projects.
  • Establishes project teams and distributes the project workload.
  • Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization.
  • Sets and manages project expectations.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.
  • Completes work breakdown structure for the estimation of efforts needed for each task.
  • Determines test results of project and completing post-project evaluations to determine the expected results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of eCW PM experience
Compensation:
Salary Range - $125,000 - $145,000 USD eClinicalWorks offers a rich suite of benefits which include the following: eighteen days of Paid Time Off per year which scales based on tenure; nine Paid Holidays and one Floating Holiday; insurance for eligible employees which includes medical, dental, vision, basic life, short term disability, long term disability, business travel accident, and accidental death and dismemberment.
