Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, outage planning, siting, permitting, stakeholder engagement, safety, and procurement to drive overall project scope. Administer project documentation, reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, desktop requisitions, change orders, invoices, and technical bid documents on behalf of Our Client. Participate in field and vendor operations, leading field reviews, joining contractor pre-bid meetings, and coordinating field activities. Compose executive-level communications and assist with siting applications, engineering submittal reviews, and E-Builder system integration.
