Project Manager (Construction)
Salary:
$165,000Project Manager (Construction)Weymouth, MAFull-Time | Heavy Civil / Utility Infrastructure Our client is a well-established civil construction firm specializing in heavy civil engineering, bridge construction, roadway reconstruction, and highway infrastructure projects throughout New England. They are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to lead field operations and oversee complex infrastructure projects from mobilization through completion.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong experience in DOT-regulated projects, bridge rehabilitation, roadway construction, and large-scale civil site work. The right candidate thrives in the field, effectively manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Be DoingSupervise and support field personnel on active job sitesManage construction projects assigned by managementRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsPerform project layout and work with GPS systemsMonitor project costs, schedules, and contract deadlinesTrack change orders and project billingsOrder materials as approved by Project ManagersCoordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, and officialsAttend project and coordination meetingsWork with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety policiesAddress field issues, equipment failures, and daily jobsite needsAssist with improving project efficiency and workflowMaintain strong safety standards across all projectsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil or utility constructionAbility to manage crews and work hands-on when neededComfortable running equipment and assisting with material handlingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work 50+ hours per week, including occasional weekends or holidays
