$85,000 to $150,000 per year Take ownership of commercial electrical service projects from quote to closeout, at a family-owned contractor with more work coming in than people to run it. Must-Haves 3+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with an electrical contractor Ability to manage multiple jobs and customers at the same time Comfortable traveling within an eastern Massachusetts territory What You'll Do Run electrical service projects , including tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, panel swaps, repairs, and small installs Serve commercial buildings, schools, healthcare, and life science facilities Estimate and quote new service work Order material and schedule electricians to keep jobs on track Work directly with customers as their main point of contact Close out jobs cleanly and on time Nice-to-Haves Commercial electrical project experience (strongly preferred) APMs with a few years of commercial experience who are ready to run their own work are welcome to apply Compensation and Benefits $85,000 to $150,000 base salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays No on-call rotation for this role Territory set around where you live, within a couple hours of driving About the Company A family-owned commercial electrical contractor north of Boston with more than 40 years in business and a growing 24/7 service operation.
