Job Description The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Maryland will: Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through project completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery. Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and risk mitigation strategies. Partner closely with Superintendents and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Review construction documents, contracts, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and client turnover. Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business opportunities. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Maryland will have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Proven experience managing corporate interior construction projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project execution from start to finish. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be comfortable working in-office while regularly visiting project sites. Base Salary:
