Project Manager:
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee 2-5 active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project success- Lead project planning, procurement, cost control, and risk management activities Conduct regular jobsite visits and provide leadership to field personnel Track project financials, change orders, forecasting, and reporting Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Strong corporate interiors project experience is required Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in-office and travel to project sites as needed Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer Base salary: 115-130k Car allowance Discretionary bonus program Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross (80% employer-paid) 401(k) with 100% match up to 3% and 50% match on the next 2% Stable workload supported by a strong and growing project pipeline
