Job Description The Project Manager will: Manage 2-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project financials, costs, change orders, and overall project performance. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety compliance. Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve project risks. Build and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support reporting, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Strong corporate interior construction experience. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work primarily from the office while visiting project sites as needed. Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
