Project Manager (PM) - Yokota Air Base, Japan T47 International, Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager (PM) for an anticipated construction security monitoring program supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, at Yokota Air Base in Fussa, Tokyo, Japan. This is a full-time, on-site position contingent upon contract award.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with availability as program needs require T47 will sponsor SOFA status for selected candidates. SOFA status provides access to Yokota Air Base and eligibility for installation privileges as authorized by U.S. Forces Japan. Housing and relocation support details will be provided during the interview process. Compensation includes base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and annual retention bonuses. Position Summary The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on all contract activities related to construction security and will be responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of the construction security program, including operations, schedules, logistics, reporting, briefings, staffing, and program administration. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction security program from mobilization through project closeout. Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government Site Security Manager. Manage staffing, scheduling, logistics, and deliverables for the SSPM, CST, and CAG workforce. Oversee the temporary Access Control Facility, CCTV, and supporting utilities in coordination with subcontractors and base civil engineering. Prepare and deliver required program reports and briefings. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of qualifying experience in security program management, construction security surveillance, TSCM, industrial or government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory construction. Minimum 3 years managing a DoD or other Federal Government construction security program. Minimum 2 years managing a construction security program. Completion of at least one similar construction security project within the past 5 years. U.S. citizen and eligible for SOFA status as a contractor employee in Japan.
