Work Schedule Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
Position Salary Range $23.29 hourly
Summary Provides a full range of program development support to the Executive Director for the Center for Institutional Transformation. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, accountability, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Essential Role Responsibilities
- Support project-management initiatives, implementation efforts, data gathering, and analysis.
- Generate and approve care and belonging professional-development sessions in PowerSchool and provide logistical support for trainings, conferences, and professional-development events, including materials, enrollment, attendance, and follow-up communication.
- Create, compile, and edit advanced documents and materials, including spreadsheets, presentations, macros, graphs, forms, tables, and internal promotional materials. Collect and organize data for analysis, reports, and communications.
- Initiate college-wide communication related to care and belonging data collection; assist with training and data processing.
- Coordinate and support videoconferencing and webinars through the ticket system; administer sign-up processes and serve as the technology resource during the Dragon Learning Series sessions.
Minimum Education Required Associate's degree
Experience Required - Associate degree in a relevant field and/or two years of applicable administrative experience.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse constituencies.
- Ability to take independent initiative while functioning as part of a team with limited supervision.
- Ability to adapt proactively to changing work demands and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Ability to produce technical and complex documents.
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with online editing and scheduling tools.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple demands for attention.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, assess situations, and respond appropriately and efficiently; flexibility and adaptability are essential.
- Experience working on higher-education initiatives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Perform duties with consideration for the college's sustainability initiatives in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic prosperity.
