Project Manager:

Project managementassistanceon several types of utility projects including client coordination, contract negotiation, developing andmaintainingproject schedules, and maintaining project budgets. Supervising CAD designers and project coordination with other departments, professions, and agencies. Supervisingpermittechnicians and administration in completing permit applications and moving permit application process forward. Construction observations, preparing field observation reports of construction activity, andwitnessingcritical tasks during construction. Project coordination and communication with construction managers, contractors, owners, construction inspectors, andpermittingagencies. Writingtechnical reports, letters, project summaries, and emails. Water and wastewater plant design preferred. Ability to work both in the field and in office settings. What we're looking for: Civil Engineer with 5 years of local experience in civil engineering utility projects with a Florida P.E. for at least 1 year. Strong written and verbal skills arerequired. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook Preferred. Position requires contact with clients and regulatory agencies. Must have an excellent driving record and have a valid Florida driver's license as driving is an essential part of the position. Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
